We do not sell, share or trade any information we collect from you*.

*Some items ordered from us will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or distributor. In those cases, your name and
shipping information will be forwarded to the shipper for delivery purposes only.

Shipping Policy
We, Jelly Bean Pets,  pay regular ground shipping charges via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground (our option) on retail orders
placed through our Web site and shipped to an address within the U.S. Restriction.*

If you decide to return non-defective merchandise (see our return policy), shipping charges that we previously paid to ship your
order will be deducted from the credit we issue you.

Below are the approximate shipping charges we pay:
USPS First Class: .37 - $3.13
USPS Priority: $3.85 - $5.75 (Not including HI or AK)
UPS, DHL or Fed Ex Ground: $5.75 and up
Shipping charges for expedited services are not refundable.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt on stocked items and within 3 days on drop shipped items. This excludes all
custom made or personalized merchandise which are not returnable.  You will be notified of any delays in shipping when you
receive confirmation of your order.

FedEx, UPS, DHL Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day service is also available at additional cost for non-drop shipped items.

We do not ship orders to International addresses.

For Fed Ex Ground, DHL or UPS deliveries, should you not receive your order within 10 days from the day you placed your order,
contact us immediately. We will need to file a claim with Fed Ex or UPS within 15 days of delivery. Absolutely no shipping claims
can be made after the 15 day limit is up.

Return Policy
Within 14 days of receipt, Jelly Bean Pets will refund 100% of your purchase price less the shipping charges we paid to deliver the
item(s) to you. PLEASE NOTE: Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.  We can only accept items back that are
in new condition with all of their packaging and documentation.  Once the item has been used we can't accept it back.

Free shipping only applies to orders for non-returned merchandise sent to addresses in the United States. Shipping charges that
we previously paid to ship your order will be deducted from the credit issued upon return.

You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number (RA#). All returns must be sent to us freight prepaid. Returned
items must be in their original packaging. The RA# must be printed or written on the outside of any returned item or it will be
refused.

Product inspections:  Please open boxes/packaging immediately and examine contents for obvious defects when your order is
delivered. If the contents have been damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt, no exceptions. We will not
accept damaged merchandise if you do not contact us within 5 days of the delivery date as we will have to file a claim with the
shipper.

Jelly Bean Pets will not refund items damaged by customer abuse or misuse.

Defective Items: If within 30 days of receiving your order, your merchandise appears to be defective, contact us immediately. Do
not return the item without contacting us and receiving your RA #. After we receive the item and inspect it, we will send you a
replacement or issue a refund.

Should you not receive your order within 10 days from the day you received your shipment confirmation email contact us
immediately. We will need to file a claim with Fed Ex within 10 days of delivery. Absolutely no shipping claims can be made after
the 10 day limit.
